What we do
Canadian Casinos is an independent review site covering the real-money online casinos that players in Canada actually use. Regulation here runs province by province: Ontario runs its own regulated market through iGaming Ontario, while players in most other provinces use offshore operators licensed abroad. We describe that landscape accurately, test the sites in question, and rank them so a Canadian reader can judge one against another.
How we test
Every site in our ranking is opened with a funded account, verified with real documents, and put through a timed cashout before it is scored, including a real Interac e-Transfer or crypto withdrawal where the operator offers it. Five weighted dimensions produce the order, published in full on how we rate. Bonus terms are read in their entirety and recorded with the date, because these offers change without notice.
How we make money
Affiliate commission. When a reader registers with an operator through a link here, we may be paid. That is disclosed at the foot of every page. It does not set the running order, it does not buy a score, and no operator sees a review before it publishes. If that arrangement makes you want to check our reasoning rather than take our word, that is the correct response and the methodology page exists for it.
Editorial independence
No operator has ever been given a position in exchange for payment. Where an operator's own supplied bonus sheet contains a code we cannot confirm is theirs rather than a rival affiliate's, we drop the code and publish the amount only. Where we get something wrong we correct it and say so.
